Measurement Probe Tweezers

A tweezers probe capable of measuring ultra-small chips with a complete four-terminal configuration.

In response to the current trend of downsizing various electronic devices, including home appliances, it has become essential to downsize the electronic components used internally as well. The AP-30 tweezer probe easily achieves the necessary four-terminal measurement required for accurately measuring such tiny chip components. 【Features】 The AP-30 has a tweezer-type tip, with a pitch of 0.4 mm for each of the four terminals (0.1 mm between each pin), allowing for complete four-terminal contact with chip components as small as 1005 size. It is compatible with the measurement connectors of our measuring instruments, and we are also considering supplying connectors compatible with other manufacturers' measuring instruments.
